One of the metal corner protectors was detached from the bag when received. I immediately contacted the buyer for return authorization as well as eBay. The seller does NOT accept returns. After some back and forth the Seller provided me with contact info for hand bag repair located about 10 miles from me and provided a price adjustment. While I am mostly satisfied w the solution I am disappointed I have to wait 3weeks for repair before I can use it.
