Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.

A delivery date was given and the delivery van arrived in good time. Trouble was, the package wasn't in the van. I waited all day for the item to arrive, then i contacted the seller. By the next morning, after the seller had contacted the delivery agent and myself and the item was delivered that morning. Very pleased.
