Damages (scratches and gouges) on the 56 deg sand wedge were worse than the photos showed. The additional damages may have occurred during shipping, but I would attribute it to poor packaging. The club heads were sticking out of the cardboard box wrapped only in cellophane; which had been scraped and cut on the edges of the sand wedge. I would have paid extra for proper shipping. Out of the six items I purchased that day, this purchase took the longest to arrive and arrived damaged.

Sorry about that, it was taped extra and had styrofoam peanuts inside. If box was damaged in shipping then all of trhe packaging materials must've came out. You can probably file a claim with the shipping company.
