The robot is just as described and is new in the package as far as I can tell. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was marked as shipped and tracking did not engage for more than three days. When I reached out to the seller just asked if the package had in fact already been shipped, they never answered my message.

Thank you again for your purchase but I never received any message for your order and lately unfortunately the postal service hasn’t been updating their tracking when they should, not sure why but it’s nothing I can control.
