Lovely dish but it was broken when it arrived. When I let the seller know and provided photos, she went on a rant about how she didn't make anything on the sell and spent more on shipping that I had paid. She gave me a refund right away, but in the exchange, she kept telling me that she'd packed it well. I could tell she was frustrated, but it was nothing I caused and nothing I could do about it. A bit snippy in her communications and although it was frustrating, venting to your customer ??

Are you kidding? I was more upset this buyer received a broken dish than losing a few dollars.Yes I said I packed it well (once) but things happen.I understand.I did forget to mark it fragile. I sent it USPS prioty flat rate box, wrapped in bubble paper because I wanted the dish she loved to arrive fast! I spent the extra money. No ranting or being snippy. This buyer misintepretted my responses in our communications I know very well how to speak customers whether it's $17 dollars or thousands.
