    HOLE: Ask For It 1995 Courtney Love and the band

    Second HOLE album I've scored and this one too is jam packed pretty well front to back with solid, better quality music of the (for then) modern rock genre. Miss Love proves to be another hardcore rock and roll bitch and I mean that nicely. Too many people never gave HOLE a listen for whatever (Courtney) reason. Personally, I will acquire every CD from HOLE that I can find. Good stuff; you'll wind up turning friends onto it.

    *HOLE*

    I am a HUGE fan of Hole. I was so happy to see that there was a single online. I bid and won it. The disc has "Over The Edge", "Pale Blue Eyes", "Drown Soda", "Doll Parts", "Violet" and "Forming/Hot Chocolate Boy". "Forming" is a cover from Germs, and it sounds great with Courtney's voice. I love the CD so much. I listen to it basically everyday. It doesnt get old for me. 3 songs are covers by Greg Sage, Lou Reed, and The Germs. It's a great CD for any grunge collection.

    You're okay,I am not okay!

    This album is open and raw,a sonic reflection of the twin slit wrists depeicted on the cover.This recording now twenty years old,distilles a troubled pysche yearning for any sort of recognition.Of all the fractured voices that came through the nineties,this one screamed the loudest and the most honest!
