I don't believe this seller meant to sell me a defective drill. The package was never opened and sealed. Things happen during production, and sometimes bad items end up leaving warehouses into the public. Attempted to return and get a refund from seller. Delayed response from seller didn't appear as if he believed me. Had to get eBay involved to receive refund.
