Good release of a bad movie

The special features haven’t been made available on any other format, so for Crow completists this is the release to own. I’m happy it was a brand new item so I could buy with confidence.

  • Top critical review

    Good

I've loved the second Crow movie since it came out. I was glad when I found it was available on Ebay for a good price. Directors Cut had scenes in it that I hadn't seen before. This DVD did skip in a couple areas, but overall was good!

  • Awful sequel doesn't come close to the original!

As good as the original "The Crow" was, it's sequel is as awful! "City of Angels" turns out to be more about the character of Sarah, the little girl from the 1st film, than The Crow wraith. Sarah is all grown up now & has moved on from Detroit to LA to become a tattoo artist. She sports an odd pair of pink angel wing tattoos on her back & tries to help people as best she can. For reasons never explained, she seems to act as an oracle for the crow & helps it resurrect Ashe, a man who was murdered, along with his son, for witnessing a gang killing. Ashe's story line is surprisingly nowhere near as heartwarming as Eric Draven's from the 1st film & he is quite a bit more blood thirsty. The film does follow Ashe's path of vengeance against a group of thugs that appear more ready for the old ...

  • The Crow: City of Angels...my review

It was part of a series and could not find it anywhere else. Movie was good, but not as good as the original "The Crow" movie. The accent of the actor, Vincent Perez, is a little distracting. But except for the accent, he could pull of the character, Eric Draven, easily. Interesting how he incorporated magic tricks into his methods. It worked well.

  • City of Angels

Excellent sequel to a now classic movie. Plus Iggy Pop!
