I wonder if the seller broke the item as he was getting ready to ship. Hw sent me a pictures within an hour of packing for shipment and said the figure was damaged/broken.Either way, the figure is broken and a refund is coming. This turned out badly and I won't be buying again; I am blocking seller from selling to me again. I wish others good luck but this type of behavior has happen to another buyer. Not a happy camper!

I can’t control accidents my friend. The figure itself it’s very fragile. I explained to you what had happened and sent photos with it as well. I asked you if u were still interested or full refund. I provide you with full refund immediately and my apologies. Not a happy camper.

The wristlet was just as described and great. I am in no hurry to receive things. I usually hear from a seller in cases where things aren't shipped for a couple of days. It's appreciated to have an update. I reached out after a week to check in to make sure there wasn't an issue. The snark and indignation of their reply was surprising. I'm not sure waiting to the very last day of the time window to ship is the greatest business practice, but what do I know? I will not be buying from them again.
