The Omega I purchased, had seller installed new hands. The seller was evasive about the internal condition of the watch and didn't disclose he installed new hands. Made me wonder why the hands were replaced and what other damage was repaired by the seller. I found out when the watch arrived and the hour hand was off, the seller admitted he must have not aligned the new hands properly.
With such a high rating on so many sales, hopefully this was a fluke.

Buyer says hands are mis-aligned. I took buyer at his word and accepted return (I don't have item back yet). Not sure where the hostility is coming from, but this could have been a very clean return/refund with no drama. Most of these watches are from the 1990's and 2000's, so you really want a seller with capabilities. If I see a flaw I'm going to fix it. Plenty of "unrepaired" watches out there if that's what you want. :) Needless to say, this buyer uninvited from my Store in the future.
