The seller messed the engraving up on the ring. The ring was also much lower quality than portrayed. Requested a return for a refund. Seller offered a $10 partial refund. I decline wanting to return for a full refund. Seller approves return and is to send me a shipping label. Seller never sends shipping label and stops responding to messages. Had to escalate to eBay. Additionally, this sellers account address is not based in the U.S. despite the item location/ship from location being in the U.S

As per your engrave, we draft on ring, and because your ring size is too small, we adjust the engrave, and we always provide better quality product. Due to your engrave problem, we offer a $10 refund as well as keep the ring with you. Due to a technical issue with the return label, we requested that eBay provide a return label to the buyer, thank you.

Seller followed up noting issue with engraving surface area and ring sing and asked me to pick another memo shorter than my original selection, seller was then requested to engrave "Love Always". Received ring that said "I Love Always" which doesn't make sense. eBay closed escalation case in buyers favor after requesting seller to provide a return shipping label with no response or action taken by the seller.

The earrings are very nice just as described fast shipping my wife loves them. The only thing is that it came in a clear plastic little box when I think it should have came in a real jewelry box you know a little black box other then that everything was great and I will be ordering more for my wife for sure
