Fast shipper. But..it was listed as new, not "NEW, OPEN BOX". and not "NEW OTHER" First thing I noticed was all the tape on the box to reseal it, so it was at the least an open box. Next thing I noticed, was that the saw had been USED, CLEARLY USED . So, should not have been listed on Ebay as "NEW", under EBAY description.
