I purchased a lot of littlest pet shops, when they arrived I received completely different pets from what was pictured. It was a little mistake, they just sent the wrong set of pet shops. When I contacted the seller they were super friendly and apologized. They then sent me the pet shop I really wanted from the original listing at no cost to me as well of some extra pets I didn't know they were going to send! Over all I'd say they are a very good seller, and if a mistake happens they will fix it

Item was said to arrive by February 7th, but as of February 9th has not shipped; only a shipping label has been created with no further action. I contacted the seller and gave them 24 hours to respond, but unfortunately never got an answer. I am also in the same state as the seller, so I feel it should have arrived soon after ordering. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to in this case. If the seller responds and ships my order I will change my review :)
