Idea arrived a week late and broken. Had it a week and a half and still fighting to get a refund. They told me to fix it and would give me 10% refund as (good faith) ya right!!!! Would give negative stars if could. This picture is supposed to be one piece and this is what I got

Firstly it took a week longer to get here than the listing stated. I suspect this was due to it having been shipped from outside the country despite the listing stating it shipped from within the US. Secondly when it arrived the scales were already splitting from where they put the brass thread inserts into the scales for the pocket clip. I contacted the seller about this within minutes of it being delivered and they have been slow to respond and when they did they offered a 15% refund.
