The Learning Company has combined desktop publishing with the Pokémon phenomenon to create Pokémon: Project Studio -- Red Version for kids' PCs everywhere. With 81 of the 151 Pokémon in existence at their disposal, kids can create cards, stickers, key chains, tattoos, certificates, signs, stationery, banners, and a whole lot more. And if they can nag their parents into getting Pokémon: Project Studio -- Blue Version, they can have access to the rest of the Pokémon for a grand total of 151 creatures at their disposal.<br><br>From the lovable Pikachu to the happy-go-lucky Squirtle to Mewtwo, the ominous result of genetics experiments gone awry, all the kids' favorites are here. Running in Windows 95 with an interface similar to the one found in other desktop publishing packages, this program allows kids to drop their favorite creatures into various templates and manipulate them. They can rotate and layer objects, add background effects, and insert text. If they have photos of themselves, they can even use those to drop themselves into the world of Pokémon.<br><br>Sample sheets for the stickers and shrink sheets are included in the box, and the instruction booklet lists the Avery Dennison part numbers for all the supplemental supplies needed to make postcards, labels, business cards, and much more.<br><br>As the box proclaims, "Gotta make 'em all!"

    Great for Pokemon projects!

    I bought this to use for my grandson's bithday party,It was so easy to use and he loved the pokemom theme. We even made Pokemon transfers to give as party favors.It was so much fun to make them and the selection of images and projects available was huge!

    LI had purchased the "Red Version" of this print shop program for my grandsons. They loved it and told me there was a "Blue Version". They are already using the "Blue Version" and love it.

    Fun games!

    It is very fun. I love pokemon! I like to make different pokemon cards and see the different pokemon.

    Memories...

    I remember my cousin using this on his computer several years back. It is really a great program if you are into Pokemon. Otherwise, probably not. There's another version, the blue version, just like most Pokemon games. This is more of a design studio, where you can make Pokemon cards, greeting cards with Pokemon images, etc. Good for the kids, and you can probably get a good deal on these type of products as they are older.
