i received this item in other than good condition without a original box. first reply was I will be filing criminal charges on this chargeback. i informed you to open a return on ebay, which you then did a chargeback to keep the item. you have 1 week to return this item to me or i will file a police report for a stolen item. second reply it was also pictured in the original box. it was not shipped in a brown box. so i do not know what you are trying to pull. i am already reporting this to ebay.

1st you said it got damaged in shipping, it was in the original box.
2nd, i told you to open a return and once i get the item back i will refund you, per ebay policy.
3rd, you refused to do a return and instead did an illigal chargback to your credit card so you could keep the item. you know it was sent in original package, as the brown box you showed could not fit that item.
4th. this is now slander. i will be reporting this to ebay.
