Item was described as new. The item I received is clearly not new. It has a visible seam rip to the back of the neck where the stuffing is visible. This dog toy looks as if it was already played with by a dog. I would not have purchased if it was listed as pre owned with a flaw. Seller should be more aware and honest of item condition when selling. I'll use this as a learning experience and ask questions before I purchase anything listed as new again.
