    I suppose...

    One battery won't take a charge and the other is old, won't hold a charge the drill has worn brushes and in all, not a good buy. The owner could have done a better job of describing the condition.

    top rated drill with power to spare

    Great drill...powerful and heavy duty enough to do any job I use it on...battery has plenty of reserve power...easy to remove drill bits from chuck...choice of speeds work nicely plus having built in bit holders.

    For a used product it was a good value

    Product was used extensively the chuck has a little wabble but expected. Clutch and motor works well. I am pleased with this purchase.

    Rugged like all my other Milwaukee tools

    I like to limit the number of battery styles and chargers I use, so one of the battery systems I have standardized on is the Milwaukee slide lock 18 volt Nicad also now available as an 18v Lithium as well. I wanted to add a drive and this uses either of those batteries and its super rugged, it hammer drills hole just like a corded drill, etc.
