Excellent experience with this seller. Good communication. Fast dispatch and delivery. Phone was classed as "good" but other than a few scuffs to the rear camera bump, everything else looked great. Battery health was listed as 99% with the included phone diagnostic report. All in all, excellent value compared to other sellers. Hopefully never need to use the 1 year warranty but I suspect the seller will be good here as well based on how things have gone so far. Thanks!

The phone came without battery (as described) but the screen worked in another phone.
The only thing I didn't expect is the sellers £20 deduction on return. Due to miscommunication with the shipping company the package was returned back and I had to order it again, which cost me £20.
