    Nice light compact unit with the basics

    It has some great effects sounds and a volume/wah expression pedal. It would be difficult to navigate by intuition alone without previous experience with boss pedal boards so look for a manual either with the unit or online to help unlock the steps to access all the functions. The manual is fairly short not a lot of pages. To me a big attraction was the size and weight: small and light enough to travel with easily. I also like the battery power option, which means if I’m in a situation where I get called up to sit in for a few songs I don’t need a power source.

    A pleasant little surprise and powerhouse unit. Easy to use, fun to play!

    This little pedal is an amazing power house. I bought it to re-sale it. Once I tested it out, that was it, I'm not selling this pedal. I'ts small, compact and easy to use. I use a Boss ME50 as my effects unit, hooked to another pedal, I use it for it's great chorus and delay. The ME20 is about 1/3 the size, has a very strong cast aluminium housing and has almost all of the same great effects of the ME50(of course the ME 50 is a more expensive pedal with great effects)If you have a smaller budget or just want an easy pedal to use this is it, you don't need anything else to have a great time, without all the hastle of hooking up everything you own. It has fantastic compressed overdrive, with great sustain. For a small pedal it's a pleasant surprise. I love it! It also has an Ipod or line ...

    Compact and lightweight

    Compact and lightweight with basic effects including a tuner and you can fit it into a gig bag pocket or the back of a combo amp. All that makes it great for rehearsals and traveling.
