Description said item would come with COA AND fanatics hologram, when I reached out the seller said that was the COA. Other auth companies do both. As far as shipping, box was very damaged when it got here. Helmet wasn’t wrapped or protected really, other than helmet box and shipping box. They offered to send another box since the first was crushed but no point really. Helmet wasn’t damaged but would expect a high price item to be better packaged. They did reply quickly so that is a positive.

As with all Fanatics authenticated items, this item came with the Fanatics hologram and the COA card that measures 3" x 4" inches. That card serves as a guide to go online to verify the item. This is the case with the thousands of Fanatics items we have and will continue to sell. In regards to the box, we packaged it very well. UPS took their toll on the box to which we offered an exchange.
