Fast shipping, very responsive seller. Item was exactly as described. Fits my DST 1200 balancer and R23ST tire changer perfectly. Only issue was with the packaging. The shipping box was mangled pretty badly and a couple of small parts were missing. The seller corrected the issue very quickly.

The description was accurate. The seller communicated clearly, and responded quickly, but the shipment was delayed. The estimated shipping time was not accurate. At the time of purchase, and current, the listing shows a shipment time of one week. I received mine two weeks after placing the order. Part of the reason I purchased this particular machine, and from this seller was because of the estimated shipping date. Overall great to work with and the boxes were in good shape when they arrived.

Great experience. Seller communications were helpful. If you buy, shipping to a terminal/business with a dock or forklift is free. Residential is extra plus liftgate service. Buy the machines together because separately the price almost doubles.The machines were shipped in two separate crated boxes. The changer was easily 500lbs and in 2 separate pieces. The balancer was 200lbs+ and upside down. They both work as they should. Would buy from you in the future. Thank you very much.
