I opened the box and immediately noticed this was not a NEW and it was A CRACK, not a pattern. I contacted the seller and asked for a return label... I have tried many times to let him know this is a deception. He refused to accept the fact, I sent him 8 pictures and also eBay. But neither one complies and has honesty and courtesy toward customers. I closed out my account, never bought anything from EBAY and never trust SELLERS on EBAY because there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S A SCAM.
