The item was listed as "brand new". After it arrived, I contacted the seller to ask why it was listed as brand new instead of "open box". They responded that it didn't have the tight nylon wrapper. I hadn't mentioned the wrapper, so, strangely, they brought it up. There were also two hairs with the item (possibly human). The seller also made an excuse for not being able to send a return shipping label. This was a very bad purchase experience, and I do not recommend this seller.
