After 3 weeks of no movement of the bose not being shipped, I contacted seller he/she/ they claim they will ship within 2-3 days, after an extra 2 business days of no movement, I requested ebay to step in, you look further into the comments this is an ongoing issue with this seller.

Two weeks later, the item gets marked as “delivered” but it never arrived. Now the seller is ignoring my messages.

I contacted the seller and asked why the tracking info seem to be in the same place so long. I was assured the item was on the way. I kept checking the tracking and all of a sudden the item showed delivered but nothing was delivered. A China Post company bought these buds all the way from China to my door? No UPS, USPS, DHL or any other carrier was involved. The company responded same day or next day but now I get no response. I want a full refund as soon as possible. I will now contact Paypal.
