    Awesome

    I know great music when i hear it. this album is awesome. Starting with Flight Test, u go on a musical voyage to learn how a robot fights and eventually falls in love with yoshimi. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots parts one and two starts with a great rift and finished with great sound effects. I felt like i was there as they fought. Ego Trippin at the Gates of Hell sounds awesome as well. The driving drum beats on Are u a Hypnotist? are great with the clever lyrics. Do U Realize? is great as well, has a great message about losing someone close. The final song made me feel like i was going to Pavonis Mons in a balloon. If u love music buy this album, especially in 5.1 surround sound. You will love it as much as i do.

    A lovely addition to my Lippy collection~

    The Flaming Lips, of course, can do no wrong. These days I don't even buy CDs -- do all my music via purchasing & d/l over the internet. I was glad to get this item though as it has some lovely video tid bits and even though it's rare to get to sit down long enough to do such a thing these days: I even sat down and listened to most of the 5.1 stuff while watching the 'wave cartoon' things that accompany the music. This was an excellent purchase that I am enjoying immensely.

    Floored!

    I have enjoyed listening to the Flaming Lips for many years, was familiar with this title but didn't own it. I decided to get the surround version of it because of the good deal on it. I WAS FLOORED! The 5.1 mix is outstanding. I believe I listened to it 3 times the first night.

    Yoshimi sets the standard

    As I have heard from many others, if you want to experience what 5.1 Surround can do for a listening experience… flip on this disk! You will not be disappointed. Regardless if your a fan of their music or style, it is a surround juggernaut. Love it.
