The item arrived earlier than scheduled which was awesome. It also came with a free sample of Origins Ginzing energizing moisturizer. The item was new in box as described. Small issue with the cap of the item - item still useable. I notified the seller. Seller responded very quickly with an apology and a refund even though the issue with the cap looked to be caused by the shipping company. I have never had such quick response. I will definitely buy from this seller again!!!!
