Item arrived with two damaged mounts and a bend shift linkage. Two damaged mounts were not shown in photos clearly. Seller tried to claim it was shipping damage, later I found the damage to be barely visible in the listing photos. Had to follow up with seller multiple times before they offered 150 dollars in compensation, which would not cover repairs of damage. Attempted to negotiate to no avail before seller ghosted me.Reply from: enginepartsexpress_mtd- Feedback replied to by seller enginepartsexpress_mtd.- Feedback replied to by seller enginepartsexpress_mtd.the buyer received the transmission within 5 business days as we mentioned it in our listing, we offered the buyer to refund $100 and also a full refund including shipping costs but he refused.
