    Fantastic British mystery series

    Wire in the Blood is an engrossing thrill ride of a detective series whose main character, psychologist Tony Hill, aids the lead female inspector in criminal profiling. Tony's mind is so interesting as he proceeds to 'think like the killer' in order to finally solve the murder, even feeling great empathy for the often twisted murderer. A bit offbeat but very original, there are red herrings aplenty so it is usually quite surprising at the end, even for crime story fans like myself. Recommended

    Great Series, DVD Just So So

    The series is great but the quality of the DVDs is lacking. The image and sound are not quite up to par and to make matters worse there is no subtitles. The dialog is somewhat difficult to understand at times. Subtitles would have helped.

    Mystery Series From BBC

    Tony Hill (Robson Green) a Psychiatrist that adds the police in the solving of murder cases. Hill seems to read the minds of the killer. This is not a boring show by any stretch of the imagination. Most of the show are in two parts. This aired in England about ten years ago. Robson Green also stars in another similar show Touching Evil. He is entertaining to watch connect the dots and solve the cases. Some of the shows are not for the faint of heart. If you don't want to buy at least rent them. They are available on eBay now.

    Wire in the Blood complete first season

    I am sure the plot line is great. I am a fan of all the CSI shows and this seemed like the perfect compliment to them. However, I am extremely hard of hearing and had no idea there were no subtitles on these DVD's. So, for me, personally, it is money wasted, not well spent. Even if you are not hearing impaired, a DVD of an British show should have english subtitles, just like they have on BBCAmerica as strong accents/dialects can be hard to understand.
