These gas cooktop burner knobs are Bosch original parts, brand new in original packaging - just what I needed. Luckily I knew the parts number to search by. The item photo was just the new box with no description of what was inside. I was a little hesitant to order without being able to see the items, but I took a chance and it paid off. $70 is a lot for plastic knobs, but this pricing and free shipping is the best out there - some websites are charging $50+ more plus shipping costs.

Not as described. Not part as per the number specified for my exact model, didn't fit at all. Seller blamed me, insisted it was correct which it was not, & refused to pay return postage. There's no part number stamped on it, not in original factory packaging but in a ziplock. Therefore might not even be genuine as listed. Yea, it's a cheap part, but I expected a seller to take responsibility for mis-identifying the part or at least apologize. Keep that in mind if you don't get what you ordered.
