I was unhappy when I opened the box to find broken items. Everyone knows USPS plays kickball with boxes. So why would this seller use newspaper only to package pottery? See photo attached of newspaper and not even enough to fill space. No writing on box to state fragile. No peanuts, or bubble wrap used. Yet I paid an extra 3$ for shipping. I would expect better shipping materials since I paid extra. Seller emphasized my item was only 3.00 which meant I should not be upset. Rude seller.

This was a three piece set for $3.00 and one arrived broken, I apologized for the broken piece and offered a FULL $3.00 refund while allowing buyer to keep the two good pieces. The resolution was accepted and refund processed. The buyer continued to send critical comments for days until I had eBay intervene to have them stopped. Weeks later, the buyer posted negative feedback on a matter which had been mutually resolved. Let this serve as warning to all seller about this buyer.
