Good seller— however, packaging was lacking, For a $2400 purchase, I was expecting the unit to be wrapped, but it was not. There was very little bubble wrap around the edge and nothing around the unit. The unit was in the corner of the box and not protected. The machine is working, but I was dubious upon opening the box, so I waited a week or two to leave feedback. i won't buy from the seller again unless their packaging process changes. with the way UPS/fedex handles packages this isn't good.
