We are not "thieves". We did not deduct anything from your return. You used eBay's return label which discloses cost up front. We refunded you in full and noted in the return that if you used their label, that eBay would deduct their return shipping from the refund amount. Im not sure how we did anything wrong here.

Bought 4 tires from the seller due to being a discounted price, I only received two tires initially and thought it was a FedEx mistake since FedEx looses packages quite often, however once I contacted the seller they stated they just forgot to ship 2 tires due to separate shipping labels/ packaging..the apologized and immediately sent the other 2 and each pair of tires were received in a very timely manner! Very good price and shipping time and communication.
