    Great mysteries with manners

    Keeps you guessing just like Agatha Christie's books. This year the 100th anniversary of her first published book & about 2 billion copies of her books in print - a great writer of plays too. These videos starring David Suchet are close to actual story lines and settings. Set in the 1920's/30's +. So people dressed more formally than we are accustomed to today, attentive more to manners. She primarily lived in a world of more money so though often seemingly down to earth, many of the characters have comfortable means. Poirot is a retired Belgian police officer who immigrates to UK during WW's and becomes a private detective. His friend Captain Hastings assists him and Inspector Japp of Scotland Yard is usually called in to find the perpetrator.

    Hooked On Poirot.

    All of the Poirot episodes are interesting even though you know he will solve the case. The way the characters play their roles and the great way the story was written makes each episode enjoyable.

    its is the mystery parfait

    i am one of many agatha christie fans and more importantly fans of david suchets' brilliant portrayal of hercule poirot ive read that A&E spared no expense and it shows the locations the sets r stunning .. check out all the other poirot A&E movies here on e-bay and also the bbc televison show (i personally own every movie released by A&E and every episode of the bbc show lol lol)
