Great product. Surprised the Flashback 9 maker doesn't include these. Took me a minute to figure out how to get them to work, which is: 1) Use regular joystick in left slot to select a paddle game 2) Once you hit the fire button, unplug the joystick & plug the paddles into the left slot 3) Hit the start button on the console (next to the power button). I'm glad I purchased these. Not sure I will play as much Super Breakout & Circus Atari as I did in the 80s, but glad that I can.Great product. Surprised the Flashback 9 maker doesn't include these. Kaboom! is back...
I wanted to thank you so much for your engineering with these paddles. I had been a big Activision Kaboom! fan from way back when it was released for the Atari 2600. Ever since then when I tried Kaboom! in an emulator (e.g., Stella) or any AtGames Flashback device, there was jitter/delay/lag with the paddles - making the game unplayable. Outside of purchasing an original Atari 2600 that is modded for composite/S-Video, it looked like getting the original experience wasn't going to happen. I had tried every option and then on AtariAge your solution was called out. I gave it a try with a Flashback 9 HDMI unit and it is just amazing. It plays exactly how I remember experiencing it.
