Listed as a purse when it:s really a backpack missing the strap. When I questioned this, seller told me I could use it as a purse by holding the top. I asked for a full refund in exchange for shipping the item back, but he wanted me to pay for the $30 return shipping! He gave me a partial refund & said I could kp the bag. Then he starts messaging me saying I need to send the bag back! Thank God EBay was there to help because this seller clearly doesn't get it
