I order it brand new. The item was open and reseal. We can see the factory wrap was open and then they rewraped over it. The slipcover and digital code are missing. I also put a note in the order to ship a nice copy to avoid that. This store have the best prices, but don't care at all. Worst place to buy movies, cause they always arrived boken or with parts missing. Now I have to try to get my money back. Avoid this seller. I had terrible experiences with this store on amazon and here on ebay
