    Allen bike rack 522r

    This is my second rack. My first I didn't like do to the my bike kept moving from side to side over bump. Since my bike what's. 30lbs. I felt this wasn't very safe. I could not find an anti-rattle that would work with my first. I the Al!en rack solved all these issues. Using a anti-rattle pin makes this rack very solid. No wobble. At speed I didn't have to worry about my bike wobbling around. For a hatchback car,you open the hatch with your bike on the rack do to the tilt feature. I highly recommend rack.

    Heavy and well made but does not fit.

    I was impressed with the quality of this product and its weight. However, after assembling it and installing it on my 1,25 hitch, it fit very poorly. There was a terrific wobble from side to side that was impossible to stop. I took it to my local bike shop and they said it was a common problem with Allen hitches. They changed the hitch bolt and that made no difference. Sadly I had to disassemble it and send it back. If it weren't for the enormous amount of play with this rack, I would have been very happy with it. I

    Easy to assemble

    Very well made product, good solid material. It's so easy to assemble a monkey can do it. All you need is a couple of wrenches 9/16". A little heavy but that's expected to carry a couple of bicycles. Bounced it around when loaded with bikes and everything held. Nothing bad for me to write, no problems.

    Good rack

    Working good. Nylon straps seem to hold bike well, no wobble with 2 inch. Wonder how well straps will last. Backing up to curb makes it easy to knuckle bike
