Package was shipped quickly and although the package was delayed in transit unexpectedly, it still arrived in a reasonable time frame. The seller reached out immediately to let me know when the delay had came to their attention. Super great customer service :) I truly appreciated it. The items were in good condition (placed inside a protective clear poly bag) and new, as described by the seller. Very happy with the quality of the tweezers, they are lightweight and have decent tension to them!

I want to return the item. I did message the seller letting them know I want to return the item and reasons why I did not want it . Item was not as described it does not look rustic. The metal is paper thin. If I put it outside it would quickly rust being made so thin. Please let me know how I return the item and get a refund. J. Schaefer
