This seller is a good and honest seller. My item was damaged during shipping (not their fault) and the seller was responsive and understanding of the situation. I'm currently working with eBay customer service for a refund due to damage while shipping.
I can not stress this enough, this was not the sellers fault, they packaged my item well. The damage was caused because the parcel was opened and tampered with while on route.
