Perfume arrived shattered & leaking. Contacted seller to try to resolve (she demanded pics & I provided them) & she wants me to ship back a hazardous leaking box of perfume in order to issue a refund, but won't provide a label. As a seller myself if I ever had a buyer with a ruined product I would tell them to discard it & refund them, not try & make it even more difficult on the buyer & forcing a flammable item returned through usps illegally. She has now ghosted me, terrible customer service!
