I just experienced a terrible USPS shipping delay of over a month. This fantastic dealer was right there the whole time trying to get answers. She was absolutely not at fault and her packaging survived several cross country trips perfectly. I highly recommend her business. Not so much for the USPS. Lost my Shipment 5 times.
