J’ai reçu le laptop une semaine plus tôt que la date prévue! C’est le vendeur lui-même qui m’a écrit pour me dire qu’il était rendu au comptoir de livraison! J’ai eu un pépin avec le laptop dès les premiers jours et le vendeur m’a récrit sur le champ et a échangé avec moi. Le problème réglé, mais n’étant pas entièrement satisfaite, le vendeur m’a offert de le reprendre et de me rembourser, ce qu’il a fait la journée même qu’il l’a reçu! Je recommande X 1000 ce vendeur et je rachèterai de lui!!!!
