My biggest fear is that fragile items will come in broken. Seller packed everything very well, but alas, the package was likely handled rough in shipment even though marked fragile. One saucer was broken, Seller was more than fair with reimbursement for broken piece so I could buy a replacement elsewhere. Would absolutely work with this seller again, everything was as described and seller was fast to work out a solution for the broken item.
