Item was marked as dispatched on 3rd with courier advising a delivery date of 14th! Items eventually arrived on 14th and courier had to attach trellis but just stuck the screws in without any care, with 4 out of 6 screws on one missing the trellis. Contacted seller and they apologised for delay and asked if we needed a replacement but I'd already fixed them.

I returned my item for a refund as per the Seller’s instructions although my return was outside the return date, Seller was told this beforehand and had still said he’d refund me. Seller received item & since decided not to refund me, blaming manufacturer (?!) Hadn’t the manners to message me to say so. I received a reply only when I chased the matter up. And no they didn’t refund me just offered to send it back to me! Not great business. Perfect-Mess.
