They tell you you have to pay them but the price is $46.76 for the import tax and over 50 for the product and 20 dollars for express shipping, so I paid what a new am5 board would have cost me. I don't blame the business that sold it but just a warning for those not expecting it to be that much for import taxes.

Package arrived safely but the original box got damaged, although I do not mind since the figure was perfectly fine. The figure is brand new, as described. 100% recommend!
