    The item, an ice maker for my refrigerator, was advertised as OEM, New, and in Original Packaging. My refrigerator is a Sub-Zero, and the ice maker shipped to me was another brand (Servo). It was not in original packaging and it arrived dirty, as if it had been used before. Also, the seller was not responsive to my questions and was also rude. I have not yet installed it in my refrigerator, so I do not at this time know if it works or not. All in all, not a good buying experience.

    Good prices part looked great

    It may take some time to see if I was right to replace the defrost module but the element was good so I’m pretty sure this should take care of it .
