    Mostly, They Work.

    Although the unit was well packaged, the setup was complicated because: 1) No Owner's manual was included; 2) None of the previous' owners phone numbers had been deleted. This necessitated extra setup time for me. The batteries were "dead on arrival", and had to be charged for several hours before the phones would function. I also noticed that the time/date would have to be restored during an electrical power outage. Lastly, I could not find a way to Block unwanted phone numbers. In all, the units are pleasant to look at.

    gave my feedback too early

    this phone came with no directions. It was fairly easy to set up but there's a big plastic part that I have no idea where it goes to or what it's for. The biggest issue, the handset never rang (which i dealt with not wanting to have to ship back and wait) there was nowhere on the phone or base to turn it on or up for it to ring or to locate it (well theres a locator button, but the phone doesn't work, so it's pointless). It's now LOST somewhere in the house, and we cannot use the phone because we cannot locate the phone since it's never worked. I have an elderly father that I bought this for so he could have access to the outside world and emergencies. WASTED MONEY and FRUSTRATED.
