    Did not noticed rating when purchased. Received refund. I believe the seller may have passed away. No communication. Product never shipped. Ebay should contact the seller and see if there are issues they could help with. But I know ebay will not do that since the company is run on a shoestring budget for maximum profit. It sure be nice if there was a real live person to actually discuss your problem with instead of these automated runaway bots. Just thinking.
