I do not understand the thought process behind the reply I was given and didn't appreciate the attitude conveyed. The product itself was fine. The box was crushed and not sealed upon delivery because it was shipped in something similar to a poly mailer. The manufacturer's box is not sturdy enough to be used as a shipping container.
